Self-Assessment #1

My vision for this project is to have a poster that shows and explains how racism still lives among us. I think I have used my time wisely looking up resources that support the main idea. My group and I decided to do our project on this topic because we feel that it is an important issue in today's world. I believe that I have communicated well with my group because in order to move on we all have to agree on our visions. If we all agree on something it just makes it easy for all us because we don't want someone from our group to feel as if their ideas aren't wanted. I have learned to pitch in ideas and I think it's good for myself and my group just because I had the habit of letting my group do everything and putting in work actually feels great. I think I still have a lot to learn but for now I think I'm helping my group well enough.
