Into the Wild

When I started reading Into the Wild at first I really didnt care for the book, in time after reading I started to feel compassion for chris because i felt like he was just trying to find himself. I noticed the more that he surrounded himself with people that started to care about him he left like if he was scared to be loved or wanted. He made it a specific point he wanted nothing to do with his family because of all the fronts they had put up all these years. Krakauer sees that chris was a great man, and really got to see more than most. I feel as if he was facinated with the life he led free with no care.
