Stand and Deliver

Stand and Deliver was a movie about students who were discriminated against because of their ethnicity. They were accused of cheating on the "AP exam" and had to retake it in order to prove their innocence. They eventually ended up taking the exam again and passing it. I think this movie is very enlightening. We can use Mr. Escelante´s class as an example to be greater. El Monte´s education system is obviously not as great as Beverly hill´s is so I would like to see us build that bridge to a greater and more equal education.
